The North East Columbia housing market continues to be strong in the summer selling months. It is a great time to sell in this real estate Market.
August residential home sales were 233, down from the 193 homes that sold in June.
Current Inventory (For Sale) Versus last month, the total number of homes listed on the market this month was 330 homes. This month is slightly lower than the343 homes listed on the market last month.

The Median sold price for August was $185,200 up from last month price of$177,500. The average Sold price remains the with an average Sold price of$205,541
